Association Governance

The administration of the Association is carried out through the office bearers of the Association's Executive Committee. The Executive Committee is elected by the General Body among its members of the Association in the General Body Meeting. The term of the Executive Committee is three years. The meeting of the Executive Committee shall be held once every three months, or if the Committee desires to call for such a meeting to discuss the important objectives. It may meet as often earlier as may be desirable at the direction of the President or any three members of the Executive Committee. The Executive Committee shall be entitled to attend all the business and affairs of the Association except that which is reserved under the rules of the Association itself. The President of the Association is empowered to give directions regarding the objectives of the Association.

The ethics and compliance approach is well grounded in the values. In all the activities, the values and integrity would remain the driving force as we achieve the objectives. The commitment would be to be open, honest and accountable and to make decisions with the highest ethical standards.
